21-year old Italian striker Giuseppe Rossi is happy in Spain with Villarreal and is not ready to return to the Serie A.

On the eve of his full international debut, the former Parma player has revealed how life in Spain is treating him well.

"I'm not thinking about returning to Italy," the 21-year-old maintained.

"I am happy at Villarreal. This is my second year in Spain and I'm not missing anything."

However, Rossi did defend the Serie A after recent claims that fans don't enjoy it.

"Italian football is beautiful," he said.

"In Spain people follow Serie A and I don't see it as lacking any appeal because it has its own characteristics that are very attractive."
