Italian Football Federation vice-president Demetrio Albertini has declared Barcelona star Ronaldinho wants to join AC Milan.

Former Milan and Atletico Madrid midfielder Albertini claimed: "I would sign Ronaldinho right away, even if I don't think he would leave Barca before the end of the season.

"He may seem happy on the pitch, but he is a lot more introverted in the dressing room and he told me at my farewell game that he is in love with the fans and the stadium in Milan. If he had to choose another side, it would be a great club like the Rossoneri."
