Italy coach Cesare Prandelli played down their 1-1 draw with Luxembourg.
A goal from Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio wasn't enough for the Azzurri last night.
"We have tried a few things," he told Rai Sport after the game. "But there are a few things that we need to improve on.
"At times we were quite crowded in the middle, and had spaces out wide.
"But we'll keep working. We know we can have a great World Cup."
The Coach then commented on a frustrating night for Mario Balotelli, who missed several opportunities.
"Mario had two good opportunities in the first half, and had another chance when Cassano came on.
"We've missed a few chances tonight, and then conceded a goal from a corner."
