Italy coach Roberto Mancini believes moving to Chelsea will help Jorginho take his game to a new level.

Mancini discussed Jorginho's move to Stamford Bridge when considering the form of PSG midfielder Marco Verratti.

“Marco's problem is he is not fully fit and I hope he can recover quickly," said Mancini.

"Jorginho was one of the best midfielders in Europe while at Napoli, so playing at Chelsea will improve him even more, both physically and technically.

"I think we have elements of enormous quality. At this moment in history there aren't players like Roberto Baggio or Francesco Totti on the scene, but there are those with the potential to reach that level."
