Italy's Olympics coach Pierluigi Casiragi has hit out at clubs after naming just one overage player - Lazio striker Tommaso Rocchi - for his Beijing squad.

"Milan didn't want us to use their men either and Inter hardly have any Italians and those in the first team were out of the question."
