It's up to the players to keep us in the Premier League - West Brom's Dorrans

West Bromwich Albion midfielder Graham Dorrans says it is purely and simply up to the players to keep the club in the Premiership.

The Baggies currently sit 17th on the league table, equal on points with Wigan Athletic (18th) and only two ahead of both Wolves (19th) and this weekend's opponents West Ham United.

Following the sacking of manager Roberto Di Matteo last weekend, Dorrans maintained a positive outlook ahead of Saturday's vital clash with the Hammers.

"That's football and the lads have got to get on with it. We've got to do everything in our power to keep this club in the Premier League and hopefully we can get a good win on Saturday to start it off," he said.

"Our main aim is to keep this club in the Premier League no matter who's in charge. It has been a tough time but everyone is sticking together."
