West Ham and Marseille have struck terms over a deal for Dimitri Payet.
From France, OM are confident West Ham will now sell Payet after making an improved offer of €32 million.
The deal will also included a further €3 million due in bonuses.
West Ham are now happy to sell, having signed Payet in June 2015 from OM for €15 million.
The 29 year-old could be in Marseille later today for a medical and to sign forms.
