Newcastle United manager Steve McClaren said his side's massive win on Sunday did not really make a whole lot of sense.
The Magpies overturned a four-game winless run when defeating Norwich City 6-2 in a stunning performance at St James' Park which saw them climb off the bottom of the Premier League table.
In response to the win, McClaren suggested there was not a lot normal about the display from his side on what was a great yet nonsensical day for the club.
"It's Newcastle, is it possible to make any sense?" McClaren said.
"That's what we are fast discovering. But I think that was just reward. I'm so pleased for the players, so pleased for the fans.
"Like we have said all along not to get too down and after tonight, we are not going to get high. There's a lot of work to do, but it shows today when it comes together what we are capable of doing."
Gini Wijnaldum netted four goals for the Toon while Ayoze Perez and Aleksandar Mitrovic were also on target in the convincing victory.
