Leicester City and RacingGenk have agreed terms over a deal for Wilfried Ndidi.
The Nigerian midfielder will move to the Foxes for an initial €17.7 million rising to €22 million based on bonuses and success, reports HLN.
The deal is the second richest in Jupiler history after Everton's swoop for Marouane Fellaini from Standard Liege in 2008 for €21.75 million.
Ndidi will need a work permit, but Leicester say this will be formality thanks to an 'exceptional talent' clause.
The youngster could begin training with Leicester over Christmas.
