Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla says people are wrong to doubt Spain after another draw in World Cup qualifying.
The reigning European and World champions were held to a 1-1 draw by Finland on Friday to see them fall two points behind France on the Group I table but Cazorla feels it is very premature to be casting any sort of uncertainty towards Vicente del Bosque's men.
"It makes no sense at all to doubt this team after one draw," he said.
"You cannot talk about the end of an era, this team is still hungry, we still want to win trophies and you cannot talk of the end of an era."
Ahead of Tuesday's vital clash with France in Paris, Cazorla added: "The problem is we now have less of a margin for error, but we always go out to win every game anyway. We know that we'll have to play really well, against a team that is on a very good run of form."
