It is crazy to know Pellegrini is leaving - Man City ace Aguero

Sergio Aguero admits it is an odd situation knowing that his current manager is set to leave at the end of the season.

Manuel Pellegrini will step aside at Manchester City for current Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola this summer which leaves star striker Aguero with a strange feeling.

Nevertheless, the 27-year-old is determined to clinch at least one more trophy for the Chilean after picking up the Capital One Cup last month in a bid to send 'the Engineer' off in style.

"It's kind of crazy with four months to go, to know your coach is leaving and also to know who is his successor, but that's how it is," he told Argentine radio station Independiente en la Uno.

"Let's hope we can win something to give Pellegrini the best send-off and then we'll adapt to what Pep Guardiola wants [of us]."
