Robin van Persie says he has thoroughly enjoyed everything to do with winning the Premier League title.
The Dutch striker has experienced his first title win after switching to Manchester United from Arsenal last summer and he admits it has been an enormous thrill to finally secure the premiership after first arriving in England in 2004.
"It feels amazing," said van Persie who is set to take out this season's Golden Boot award.
"It has been an unbelievable experience. It has been worth the wait. I have loved every single bit."
He added: "It is incredible, much nicer than I expected.
"The medal has not left my neck since yesterday.
"It has been a really good year. The boys have been fantastic since day one.
"They want to share success. I want to have success but I want everyone to have success. Everyone plays their part."
