American and Israeli groups are eyeing off Tottenham. The London Evening Standard says Cain Hoy have made a preliminary move on behalf of a group of US businessmen.
The approach is being led by their London-based head Jonathan Goldstein and comes at a critical moment, with the club looking to fund their £400million redevelopment project. This week owner Joe Lewis valued Tottenham at £1billion and it is understood Cain Hoy's offer is well short of that figure.
It also emerged today that an unnamed Israeli property tycoon is looking to put together a consortium to buy the club.
