The central defender recently left Serie A outfit Livorno and is adamant he is keen to stay in Italy.

"I returned to Italy on Sunday for some personal issues as well as negotiating with several teams. In the recent years, I have always selected my team in the last few days of the transfer season. I assure you that I will not remain teamless", Rezaei told Iranian reporters.

"I don't like to comment before choosing my new club, it's better wait for a few more days," he explained.

"I am negotiating with a number of clubs at the moment and my situation will become clear within next days. I have to evaluate all offers in order to make a good choice", he concluded.
