Ipswich Town midfielder "distraught" over Judge horror tackle

Luke Hyman was left "distraught" after his tackle on Brentford winger Alan Judge.

Judge suffered a lower leg fracture and is likely to miss Euro 2016 with his country Northern Ireland after Hyam's lunge in just the second minute.

The 24 year-old was later sent off for a second yellow card and told Ipswich's official website: "I'd like to contact him in a day or so and give him my best and say how sorry I am. I feel distraught over it.

"It was distressing to see and it definitely affected me. My head had gone. I know the Brentford lads were getting into me but I should never have reacted the way I did to get sent off".
