Tottenham midfielder Jake Livermore has agreed to join Ipswich Town on loan until January.

The 20-year-old, who played 45 minutes in Spurs' League Cup defeat by Arsenal on Tuesday, is available for Saturday's Championship trip to Scunthorpe.

Town boss Roy Keane told BBC Radio Suffolk: "He's a talented boy, he has experience in the Championship.

"He's a player we've been interested in the last four or five weeks but we've had to be patient."
