Sunderland midfielder Jack Colback has enjoyed an outstanding season on-loan at Ipswich Town.

Colback has been given a ringing endorsement by his team-mates at loan club Ipswich Town.

The Portman Road squad have selected the 20-year-old as their Player of the Season following a fine campaign for the midfielder, who has made 39 appearances for the Tractor Boys so far in 2009-10, scoring five times.

Colback was presented with the trophy at the club's official awards ceremony, where he also won Goal of the Season for his strike against Blackpool in the FA Cup in January.
