Ipswich Town would be open to sharing Portman Road with Tottenham.
Spurs' new stadium is highly unlikely to be ready for the 2017/18 campaign, meaning the club will have to play their home games elsewhere.
The London Evening Standard says Portman Road might be a potential destination for Spurs, who are also understood to be looking at Wembley, stadium:mk and the Olympic Stadium.
A move 50 miles north to stadium:mk is expected to infuriate supporters, but Portman Road is situated a further 70 miles out from White Hart Lane and the Spurs board would face questions from the fanbase.
Nevertheless, Ipswich managing director Ian Milne said: "If we did receive a request to help, we would of course seriously consider any proposal."
