Ipswich midfielder Garvan fearing for future

Ipswich Town midfielder Owen Garvan is fearing he may have played his last game with the Tractor Boys.

The Republic of Ireland U21 international has revealed to friends that Ipswich manager Roy Keane has not spoken to him in weeks and the fact he has not even featured on the bench in the past eight games has him thinking his career at Portman Road may be over.

"Owen believes his time here is nearly up," an insider said.

"He is good enough to lead his country but with his club manager not even speaking to him he accepts he will probably be moving on."

Garvan joined Ipswich when he was 15 and has appeared about 150 times for the club.
