Ipswich Town are chasing West Bromwich Albion striker Simon Cox.
The Daily Mail says Ipswich are keen to take Cox on loan with a view to a permanent deal.
Cox, 23, has made 17 appearances for Albion this season and scored three goals, which came in the Carling Cup.
He cost £1.5million from Swindon in July 2009.
