Manchester City striker Emile Mpenza is set to miss out on a move to Ipswich.
The People says Mpenza is facing a shock snub from Ipswich after a turn-around by Jim Magilton. Belgian striker Mpenza was told he was joining the Tractor Boys after leaving Manchester City. The free agent talked terms but Town boss Magilton has stalled on the deal.
