Ipswich Town boss Roy Keane is keen on Arsenal midfielder Jay Emmanuel-Thomas.
Keane sent chief scout Steve McCall to watch Emmanuel-Thomas in last week's reserve fixture against Everton and the youngster netted twice in the Gunners' 4-1 win.
The powerfully built Londoner, skipper of Arsenal's FA Youth Cup-winning side in 2009, has been capped by England at both Under 17 and Under 19 levels.
He had loan spells with Blackpool and Doncaster last season, netting six times in 26 appearances.
QPR have also been tracking a player who has so far made just one senior start for the Gunners, along with three substitute outings.
