Ipswich Town boss Mick McCarthy and assistant Terry Connor have agreed new three-year deals. McCarthy was entering the final year of his contract after finishing ninth in the Championship last season, Town's best finish since 2009.
"I love it here. We've made progress. I'm looking forward to making greater strides," he told BBC Radio Suffolk.
"I enjoy working for [owner] Marcus Evans. He leaves me alone to get on with it. I get no interference from him."
