Ipswich have expressed interest in Hibs captain Rob Jones.

Ipswich boss Jim Magilton watched Jones in action on Sunday in Hibs' 3-2 victory over Celtic.

Magilton said: "We had heard a lot about him and I went to see what all the fuss was about. We will certainly be looking at him again.

"Hibernian are not short of money and have no reason to sell, so it remains to be seen whether they will be interested in selling."
