Ipswich boss Keane labels Man Utd v Arsenal clash as 'rubbish'

Former Manchester United skipper Roy Keane believes Monday night's top-of-the-table clash between his former club and Arsenal was 'rubbish'.

The Ipswich Town boss watched the game from home and was frustrated throughout the entire 90 minutes, saying all the players were far too friendly and that there was no spark or desire.

"I saw it on television and I don't think I've ever been so annoyed watching a game," Keane said.

"There was no intensity, players weren't getting stuck in and everyone seemed to be pals with each other.

"I thought it was rubbish for a game between two top teams, although to be fair to United they showed a great will to win."
