Invincibile leaves Kilmarnock

Danny Invincibile's request to leave Kilmarnock has been granted by the Scottish Premier League club.

The 31-year old Australian midfielder has been at Rugby Park for the past seven-and-a-half seasons but is keen to find a new home and has been released by Killie - the player and club mutually terminating his contract prior to the transfer deadline.

The Brisbane-born Invincibile has made just seven SPL appearances this season for a total of nine if you take into account his two league cup substitute showings. He has notched up 199 league games during his time in Kilmarnock but has decided to move on.

Despite the transfer window being closed, Invincibile can still sign with a club as his contract was terminated prior to the January 31 date.
