Inverness manager John Hughes was left to ponder what his club has done wrong as they prepare for a Scottish Premiership meeting with Hibernian on Wednesday night.
Caley meet Aberdeen in the Scottish League Cup final at Celtic Park on Sunday but first have to deal with a midweek league game at home against Hibs.
Hughes feels like the whole world is against Inverness especially as he will be without Gary Warren (two yellow cards in semi-final) for Sunday's showpiece.
Add to that the fact that Aberdeen won't have to play between the weekend's Scottish Cup win over Dumbarton and Sunday's cup decider and Hughes has put forward a fair case.
"I'm not criticising. I'm looking for someone to stop this going on against Inverness since I've come here. It's left me scratching my head," he said.
In regards to the extra fixture, Hughes added: "That's advantage Aberdeen (for the cup final).
"What happens if I pick up sendings-off or injuries? Give them the cup. There you go. Off you go and play your golf.
"Do what you want - while we still have Hibs to worry about."
