Inverness boss Butcher has no intention of taking Hibernian job

Inverness Caledonian Thistle manager Terry Butcher insists he is not about to walk away from the club.

The former England international has been linked with the vacant position at Hibernian following the departure of Pat Fenlon late last week but has made it clear that he wants to remain with Caley.

"All I would say is that it's just speculation as far as I'm concerned," he said on the weekend.

"We don't know how good this club could be, where it could go, or what's at the end for us.

"At this moment in time, I'm staying here - that's it."

Inverness beat Kilmarnock 2-1 on Saturday to retain second spot on the Scottish Premier League table.
