Intimidation tactics will not force Liverpool to offload Sterling

Liverpool will not be forced into selling Raheem Sterling in the summer transfer window.

A recent interview with Sterling's agent Aidy Ward in the London Evening Standard states that the 20-year old winger will not be signing a new deal at Anfield, no matter the salary offered.

This suggests that the situation between Sterling and the Reds is untenable but according to the Liverpool Echo, the Merseyside giants will not be intimidated into offloading the England international.

Despite all the speculation regarding Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City, the Reds have absolutely no intention of selling to a Premier League rival and expect Sterling to see out the final two years of his contract.
