Inter's Icardi plays down Arsenal, Chelsea, Man City interest

Star striker Mauro Icardi has reiterated his commitment to Inter Milan amid Premier League interest.

Icardi has emerged as one of the finest young strikers in Europe after scoring 15 league goals in just 26 appearances for a struggling Nerazzurri side so far this season and as a result, the 22-year old has unsurprisingly grabbed the attention of a host of top clubs.

Premier League giants Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City are all reported to have registered an interest in Icardi and it is widely believed that the striker will earn a big money move away from Inter at the end of the current campaign.

However, to cool talks of his potential move to England, Icardi has stated that he is still bound to Inter and has no plans to depart the San Siro.

Speaking to Italian magazine Calcio2000, Icardi said: "I still have three years of my contract left.

"If I renew then my story with Inter could be even longer. If I do not renew, however, I still have three years of the contract."
