Internacional are open to discussing the sale of wing-back Ramon to Palermo.

Ramon is currently on-loan at Vasco da Gama, but Inter are prepared to sell him to Palermo should they make their interest official.

For now, Inter have confirmed Palermo have made enquiries about Ramon's availability.
