Internacional president Giovanni Luigi insists there's been no sale talks over Leandro Damiao.

Tottenham and Atletico Madrid are being linked with the Brazil striker.

"No club contacted me. I was there [in Europe] alone," Luigi told Radio Gaucha. "I went to see the [Wembley] stadium well and to watch the game. But I didn't talk with anybody regarding the player."

Luigi did admit that he was expecting offers - but did not know if Tottenham would be back for him.

"It's possible that an offer happens, but I don't know if it will be from Tottenham," he said.

"The player has been called up again, will play the Confederations Cup and is wanted [by many clubs]."
