Internacional de Porto Alegre vice-president Fernando Carvalho insist they're yet to hear from Manchester United about star striker Nilmar.

United boss Sir Alex Ferguson posted scouts at this month's Confederations Cup to watch Nilmar in action for Brazil.

But Carvalho said: "We have not received any bid from Manchester United for Nilmar. However, we do not want to sell him."
