Juve have already made tentative enquiries about Lampard's situation, but are reluctant to meet Chelsea's £17 million asking price for the midfielder, who has just over two years left on his existing deal.
Chelsea's demands won't unsettle Moratti, however, as he'd love to pair Lampard in midfield alongside Vieira for next season's title defence.
Moratti is expected to have Inter's transfer chiefs, Marco Branca and Lele Oriali, open talks with Chelsea and Lampard in the coming weeks.
