Inter Milan patron Massimo Moratti has welcomed Juventus president Andrea Agnelli's call for a Calciopoli round table.

Agnelli urged the CONI (Italian Olympic Committee) to form a political and sporting round table to discuss the full Calciopoli evidence and bring calm back to the sport.

"I completely agree with CONI President Petrucci," said Moratti on the official Inter website.

"I am by his side and share the spirit and sense of responsibility with which he faced this difficult moment in Italian football, which we hope can return to being above all a sport and not a problem for tribunals."
