Manchester United are ready to offer Nani in a swap for Inter Milan contract rebel Wesley Sneijder.Tuttosport says Nani will be used as a makeweight in a deal with Inter that will see Sneijder come to Old Trafford in exchange.

Inter president Mario Moratti will mull over the exchange before pressing ahead with a deal with United.

United have been targeting Sneijder for a while and tried to get him in previous transfer windows, but the midfielder ended up pledging his future to Inter.

Sneijder has made only two starts for Inter this season.
