Inter Milan attacker Alvaro Recoba admits his future lies away from Italy.

Recoba has discussed a free transfer with Inter president Massimo Moratti this week and when asked about the possibility of joining a rival Serie A club, he said: "It's difficult.

"Speaking with Moratti, I understand that he would not be happy to see me with another Italian team. The president deserves all my respect. He has done so much for me."

Atletico Madrid and Olympiakos are in the frame for the Uruguay international.
