Inter Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari says Tottenham's players will love working for Harry Redknapp.

The former Portsmouth star said: "He works very closely with the players - he is like a father.

"The first thing he said to me when I arrived was 'Don't hesitate to ask me about anything'. He puts great emphasis on getting the players right physically.

"He is very close to his players and that is a very positive thing."
