Filippo Mancini was delighted with his Inter Milan debut last week.

The son of Inter coach Roberto Mancini, the youngster said: "It went well. Dad said he was pleased and that I showed a lot of determination and commitment in the match.

"I thank everyone for this chance and won't get ahead of myself. I will go back to the primavera and work hard like before.

"Who do I follow? Cristiano Ronaldo (of Manchester United). If I can achieve a quarter of what he has I'll be happy.

"I dedicate my debut to my family and friends."
