Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar has mocked claims from Francesco Totti that Roma can overhaul their lead at the top of the table.

The Brazilian declared: "Totti may believe in the Scudetto, but so do we and we have already won one.

"Despite the defeat in Naples, I think it is better to be ahead six points than to behind by six."
