Inter Milan midfielder Ollie Dacourt has been ruled out for the season after undergoing keyhole surgery on his knee yesterday.
"It is a real blow because we thought he'd be out for six weeks at most, but instead he looks set to miss the whole campaign," said Mancini after their victory over Lazio last night.
Dacourt underwent keyhole surgery today to correct a knee ligament problem, but during the operation another anterior cruciate ligament injury was discovered.
