Inter Milan striker Julio Cruz believes the controversy swirling around Zlatan Ibrahimovic is the sort of incident that happens at all clubs.

During victory over Palermo, Ibra was replaced by Hernan Crespo in the 79th minute and lip-readers claim that he mouthed: "I hope he really does leave," as he walked off.

"These things happen at all teams," said Cruz, "but it is more exaggerated when it involves Inter.

"Before anything, we must hear what Ibra has to say and whether he really said those words. Maybe he said it only about himself."
