Inter Milan midfielder Esteban Cambiasso is unsure about moving into coaching.

Although the midfielder has no immediate plans to quit the game, the 32-year-old doesn't know whether his leadership skills on the pitch would be as good on the sidelines.

"I don't know about a coaching career," he told Inter Channel. "I'm not even sure what skills you need…

"When you think about that job you think of someone with tactical nous, but actually the Coach is someone who needs to manage a group of 25 individuals and I don't take that aspect lightly.

"When you're a Coach you have to deal with different personalities every day."
