Inter Milan have decided to stick with coach Claudio Ranieri after their dismal defeat to Bologna. Sky Sport Italia says they will continue to keep their faith in Ranieri at least for the next week.

On Tuesday Inter have a Champions League trip to Olympique Marseille, then face Napoli in a Serie A showdown for European places.

A change of management now would be very risky indeed, especially as President Massimo Moratti and his staff are said to be unconvinced by the option of Luis Figo and current assistant manager Beppe Baresi as caretakers.
