Inter Milan winger Jonathan Biabiany has rejected a loan move to Chelsea.
Biabiany has held talks with Chelsea, but Sky Italia says the Frenchman was convinced that he would be just a stop-gap for the Blues, and has instead opted to remain with the Nerazzurri for now.
The winger is not in Inter's plans, however it is reported that he would rather opt for a more permanent proposal than the one offered by Antonio Conte's Chelsea.
Palermo are also said to be interested in the player, therefore a move away could still be on the cards before the transfer deadline.
Chelsea may come back to the table later today.
