Inter Milan are willing to discuss a cash-plus-players swap deal for Genoa midfielder Thiago Motta.

Tuttosport says Inter are preparing to offer £20 million cash for Motta and have been encouraged by Genoa president Enrico Preziosi admitting: "We need to strengthen the team, any indecent proposal must be considered."

So along with the cash, Inter management are also ready to put Nicolas Burdisso, Victor Obinna and David Suazo on the table.
