Inter Milan do not want to lose both Ricky Alvarez and Philippe Coutinho this month.
Tuttosport says Alvarez has an offer from River Plate, while Southampton are in for Coutinho.
Inter will now decide which to sell this week, but are reluctant to allow both players to leave.
