Inter Milan are tracking the progress of Padova youngster Stephan El Shaarawy.
The 17 year-old, born to Egyptian parents, is contracted to Genoa, where he enjoyed a glittering junior career, and is now tasting senior football in Serie B with Padova.
Inter chief Marco Branca is convinced of El Shaarawy's quality and is monitoring his development closely this season.
The midfielder made his Serie A debut with Genoa as a 16 year-old.
