Reigning European champions Inter Milan have thrown a cheeky little bid for Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas.
The Italians put forward a reported offer of £28.7million for the Spanish midfielder along with Sulley Muntari in the hope of somehow pushing through a late transfer window deal.
Reports suggest that Gunners officials returned with a simple 'not for sale' response and it seems Inter may have been testing Arsenal's resolve to keep their main man who was constantly linked with a return to Barcelona throughout the summer.
