Inter Milan are delaying the sale of Victor Obinna.
RAI says the Nigeria international has attracted an approach from Stoke City, along with several Serie A clubs.
Inter, however, are reluctant to part with Obinna unless Mario Balotelli fails to make a move to Manchester City.
